Drawing challenge health
Intro
In health on Thursday we had a reliever because Mrs. Hastie was sick so what we first did was we had to go and fill out a form on google forms for Mrs. Hastie then after that we had to find a partner to do the drawing challenge I went with hunter and he was telling me what to draw and I had to draw it and I didn't really do a good job but we handed it in to the teacher and she was all good with it and then after that, we had to write a blog on how we did in it. The IP skill I showed with some warm fuzzies the warm fuzzies that I used was oh well we can do better next time and the IP skill that we used was non-verbal communication.

Resilience activity 1
What is resilience to you: Resilience to me is when someone feels sad and down and just thinks that they can't do it anymore they stand up and give it a go.
What skills do you need to show to be resilient: If someone is down maybe go and see what's wrong and try and get them back on their feet and make sure their day is better.
Think of a time when a challenge came along. How would you deal with it differently this time: A challenge for me was when I moved from Dunedin it was challenging at first I was like my parents I want to go back to Dunedin but later I really like it here I said to myself but if I had gotten used to it I think I would not have complained to my parents that much but I still miss Dunedin but at the end, I'm in Christchurch.
